Branded residences design specialist The One Atelier has unveiled new interiors for Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection São Paulo, two exclusive residential concepts marking ELLE’s first branded real estate developments in Latin America.
The projects take The One Atelier’s work with ELLE into a third international market, following the introduction of ELLE Residences in Miami and Dubai. Across all three destinations, the design specialist has helped identify new opportunities for the brand to enter the residential sector and define how that identity translates into a distinctive place to live.
For the São Paulo developments, The One Atelier is leading the interior design and supporting the co-creative direction. The projects are being delivered with Brazilian developer Meira Mattos Incorporadora and Arquinaut, creative director and exclusive technical representative for ELLE’s global real estate portfolio. They will be realised under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, part of the Lagardère Group and owner of the ELLE brand.
Located across two of São Paulo’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection São Paulo will comprise a limited collection of 25 homes — 11 villas at Casa ELLE and 14 residences at ELLE Collection São Paulo.

Translating ELLE from brand to home
For The One Atelier, the design process began with a central question: how could the codes, values and cultural relevance of ELLE become a place people can call home? Rather than applying the same aesthetic in each market, The One Atelier has interpreted the brand through the architecture, culture and way of life of each destination.
In Brazil, this creates a dialogue between ELLE’s international outlook and the country’s design culture. The interiors will feature furniture and creative references from Brazilian designers, giving the projects a genuinely local character while maintaining ELLE’s recognisable global identity.
Two residential expressions in the city
Located in Brooklin Velho, Casa ELLE will comprise 11 private villas of approximately 480 sqm, each featuring five suites and a rooftop terrace with a private pool.
Drawing on the architectural heritage of Brazilian modernism, the interior concept will use generous proportions, natural light, tactile materials and warm tones to create homes designed for both private family life and entertaining.
In Alto da Boa Vista, ELLE Collection São Paulo will comprise 14 residences conceived around landscape and privacy. Its interiors will respond to the development’s greener setting, creating calm and considered spaces with a close relationship to nature.
Although distinct in character — villas at Casa ELLE, residences at ELLE Collection — the two concepts share a common purpose: to make ELLE’s identity tangible through the materials, furniture, spatial planning and everyday experience of each home.
A shared vision for São Paulo
Michele Galli, CEO of The One Atelier, comments: “Our starting point was to understand how the interiors could respond to the generous proportions, natural light and greenery surrounding each project. We developed individual material palettes for the two concepts, using tactile surfaces, warm tones and carefully considered details to give every residence its own character. The spaces are designed to support both privacy and calm, as well as entertaining and everyday family life. This allows ELLE’s identity to come through naturally, without compromising the residences’ seamless integration into their vibrant São Paulo setting.”
“What makes São Paulo so inspiring is the way the city lives between opposites: architecture and nature, heritage and modernity, intensity and a remarkable sense of freedom. These are values that resonate deeply with ELLE. With Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection, we wanted to create something that belongs to São Paulo, while expressing what ELLE stands for. We are very happy to do this with Meira Mattos, a partner who shares our passion for design, culture and creating places with a strong personality,” said Constance Benqué, CEO of ELLE International and Lagardère News.
Together, Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection São Paulo connect ELLE’s global lifestyle perspective with Brazilian architecture and design, demonstrating The One Atelier’s ability to identify an opportunity, define the concept and build a locally relevant residential identity for a global brand.
